How does Q know my rates?
Q pulls your rates and standard terms from your QBiz business profile, so drafts start from your numbers instead of a blank page.
Can I edit what Q writes?
Every word. Edit, add or reorder sections, change line items, add your logo, then send. Nothing goes out on its own.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link from their email, or one you share, and sign on any device.
Are e-signatures legally binding?
In the U.S., the ESIGN Act and UETA give electronic signatures the same standing as ink for most business agreements. Q Docs records who signed and when.
What's an envelope?
One recipient on one sent document. Sending a contract to three people uses three.
Can I add Sign Pro to the Free plan?
No. Sign Pro is an add-on to Pro, so you need Pro first. Together they come to $49.99 a month.
Is Q's draft legal advice?
No. Review every document before it goes out, and have a lawyer check terms that carry real risk.
What happens at my monthly limit?
On Pro, add Sign Pro for unlimited documents and envelopes, or wait for the reset on the 1st. Remove Sign Pro anytime and you're back to 10 a month.
