QBiz Technology Inc. operates both the myqbiz.ai and qbiztech.ai domains and the QBiz mobile applications. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Services, including our websites, our mobile applications, during account registration, through connected financial and third-party integrations, through communications with QBiz, and through interactions with AI-powered features and tools.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, financial institutions, integrations, or services not controlled by QBiz.

When you connect third-party accounts or use financial features, we may collect: bank transaction data, payment processing information, accounting records, revenue data, expense data, payroll-related information, invoices, operational metrics, cash flow information, profit and loss data, balance sheet information, and business performance analytics.

This information may be obtained through integrations including Plaid, Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, banks, accounting systems, payment providers, and other third-party platforms you choose to connect.

C. AI Interaction & Prompt Data

When you interact with AI-powered features, we may collect: prompts, uploaded files, chat history, AI interactions, generated outputs, workflow instructions, and operational context data.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified before reliance.

D. Device & Technical Information

We may automatically collect: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, mobile device information, app version, language preferences, access times, referral URLs, usage logs, session activity, and crash or performance diagnostics.

E. Cookies & Tracking Information

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, or outdated. Users remain solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all outputs before making business, financial, legal, tax, operational, or investment decisions. QBiz does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

5. Third-Party AI Providers & Subprocessors

QBiz may utilize third-party AI infrastructure providers and subprocessors, including cloud-based AI systems and language model providers. These providers may temporarily process prompts, interaction data, uploaded materials, and operational context information solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

QBiz does not authorize third-party AI providers to use customer financial data or personally identifiable financial information to train public AI models unless expressly disclosed and authorized.

6. How We Share Information

QBiz may share information with the following categories of recipients.

A. Service Providers & Vendors

Including providers of cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, infrastructure, AI processing, communications, authentication, and cybersecurity services.

B. Financial & Integration Partners

Including Plaid, Stripe, Square, banks, accounting platforms, payment processors, and connected third-party integrations you authorize.

C. Lending Partner

If you apply for financing through the Services, QBiz acts as a submission and management layer only. Credit decisions are made independently by our third-party lending partner, who owns all such decisions. QBiz may share information you submit with that lending partner to facilitate your application.

D. Legal & Regulatory Authorities

We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, in response to lawful requests, to protect rights or property, to prevent fraud or illegal activity, or to enforce agreements.

QBiz does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. Google User Data and Gmail Access

If you choose to connect a Google or Gmail account, QBiz may access Google user data authorized by you, including Gmail message metadata, sender information, subject lines, dates, and message snippets through read-only Gmail permissions.

QBiz uses this data solely to provide user-facing features, including displaying recent emails, summarizing business communications, and helping the AI assistant answer user requests about connected email data.

QBiz does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

QBiz’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Users may revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page or disconnect the integration inside QBiz.

8. Mobile Application Data & Permissions

When you use the QBiz mobile applications, we may collect device identifiers, app usage data, crash and diagnostic logs, and information you provide through the app. Depending on the features you use, the app may request permissions such as notifications, camera, or file access. You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Push notifications you receive can be turned off through your device settings or within the app. We do not access mobile permissions beyond what is necessary to provide the features you use.

9. Data Retention

QBiz retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods may vary depending on legal requirements, business needs, security considerations, and operational requirements.

10. Data Security

QBiz implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, access controls, authentication systems, logging and monitoring, role-based access restrictions, and security auditing practices.

However, no system, network, platform, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, and opt-out rights. QBiz will process applicable privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.

QBiz Technology Inc. is a technology platform and not a bank, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), CPA firm, accounting firm, law firm, lender, broker-dealer, or fiduciary.

Information and AI-generated insights provided through the Services are for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, investment, accounting, or lending advice. Users remain solely responsible for all business and financial decisions.

19. No Guaranteed Outcomes

QBiz does not guarantee business growth, profitability, funding approval, operational improvements, tax savings, or future financial performance. Forecasts, predictions, and AI-generated recommendations are estimates only and are not guarantees of future results.

20. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their account and personal information by contacting info@qbiztech.ai. Certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

QBiz may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal developments, regulatory requirements, operational changes, technological updates, or changes to the Services.
