What QBiz is — and isn't

QBiz Technology Inc. is a technology platform and referral service. We are not a bank, a payment processor, or a lender. When you request an estimate or apply, QBiz refers your business to licensed third-party payment processors and their partner banks ("Processing Partners"). The Processing Partners — not QBiz — handle your application, underwriting, approval, and the processing of your card payments. All merchant accounts are subject to the Processing Partner's application and approval; approval is not guaranteed.

How "0% processing fees" works

The 0% program uses dual pricing: your business posts two prices — a cash price and a slightly higher card price — clearly displayed before checkout. Customers who pay by card pay the posted card price, and the difference between the two prices is what covers the cost of processing. Your business is not charged a percentage of the sale, so its processing cost is $0 — the cost is covered at the posted card price, not eliminated.

Dual pricing availability, signage, and receipt requirements vary by state and by card-brand rules. Your setup includes compliant pricing displays for your location.

Fees at a glance

  • Savings estimate & statement review — Free. No obligation to switch, ever.
  • Card-processing fees charged to your business — $0 under the dual-pricing program. Customers paying by card pay the posted card price at checkout.
  • Terminals & equipment — Varies. Keep compatible hardware you already own, or purchase or lease new equipment — itemized in your written quote.
  • Monthly program or software fee — Varies by program and Processing Partner — itemized in your written quote.
  • Chargebacks & incident fees — Set by the Processing Partner and listed in your merchant agreement.
  • Early termination — Depends on the merchant agreement you sign — review it before signing.

Every business's setup is different, so your exact costs are itemized in a written quote and in the Processing Partner's merchant agreement before you sign or pay anything. There are no hidden fees, and requesting an estimate never obligates you to switch.

Savings figures shown in our ads and on our pages are illustrative examples, not a promise — your estimate is built from your own processing statements, and actual results vary. Next-day deposits depend on approval, your program, and your bank.

How QBiz gets paid

QBiz may receive compensation from a Processing Partner when a business we refer activates service. This compensation does not change the prices or terms you are quoted.

If you provide your mobile number when requesting an estimate or applying, you agree that QBiz may call or text you about your request — for example, to schedule your specialist call or update you on your estimate or application. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts or HELP for help, or email merchant@myqbiz.com. We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. QBiz Technology Inc. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government agency. We do not currently advertise any third-party rating, award, or accreditation; if we display one in the future, it will link directly to the issuing organization.
